The codes themselves are pretty simple if you have a working baseline, as you just need to convert nat dex pokedex numbers into hex and plug it in. Most of the time.

I have built a set of scripts that will generate a full pokedex set of codes for me using given memory offsets, so I just added the dex numbers for the new Pokemon and included extra entries for any additional forms they may have.

The quirk I'm currently running into is that it seems Pokemon from the Paldean Pokedex don't align with their national dex numbers in ZA. I'm trying to figure out if there is a pattern to how they're listed, and failing that I'll just bruteforce it.

Heads up, this may not work. I'm currently having issues spawning Paldean pokemon.

Just confirmed, this exact code results in an infinite load screen on Switch hardware for me.
 
Im on Ryubing and none of the item codes work for me even though the gameplay codes are working just fine, any clue why? ;w;

I'm not good at this stuff at all lol but still appreciate you doing it. But Darkrai and the one I just asked for worked well.
 
I think I'm making some headway on the Paldean Pokemon. Their IDs are all over the place, but evolution lines appear to be grouped together still.

Yeah I tried it without the form ID even though it was 0 and it didn't work

It does work, your file structure is off
 
Where are you guys putting the .txt files? Because it's not in the right place.
right click the game, open mod location, create a folder called "cheats", put the text file inside.

Right click the game, go to configure/manage cheats, toggle cheats on/off
 
Anyone got code fos Prism Scale?
Have you been able to confirm it's actually in the game? I tried to generate a code for it earlier using its known item index but it didn't work, so if its in the game they've given it a new item ID.
