Get the latest Canary 1.3.179.

Then go to the network settings, and turn on RyuLDN.

Then trade like you normally would.

Like I just learned, you need to create a second profile in Ryubing and copy your save to that save data location. Then you can trade with yourself.

mine also total corrupt save file, i tried to start my game and on title i press A then it keep stuck in loading, forever.
on Ryubing Emu, my speculation they updating 3 times then my save using auto save and it's corrupted.

Not sure, I just opened another instance and all my same settings and stuff were the same under the second profile. Just click and go.

Use firmware and keys 20.1.5, and the latest canary of course.

I really don't know about the numbers to change but what I understood about the alpha is that, as you are spawning the same pokemon with the same stats, if you go to an area that this pokemon can appear as an alpha sometime it will appear

with force shiny you can get shalpha froakie at night at zone 16 took less than 5mins

You can find one to level up but not one I believe that currently completes all research like the trade one etc...
