I don't know what "100% Flash" does at this time so please don't ask, these cheat names were translated to english

100% Flash is just 100% Shiny pokemon. They only spawn shiny after you activate the code, so the pokemon that spawned before the code will stay not shiny until they reset completely (go out the map and come back in), and vice-versa (at least that is what the d-pad shiny code does for me).

if my testing is accurate, the first one freezes the value visually and can still technically run out but refills your pokemons PP after the battle is over, while the second one is a proper Infinite PP.

Thank you very much. Seems like codes starting with 040B0000 are better in general (probably affects the roots of the mechanics and stats). Though this is just an empirical observation.

Tested it more and it seems overworld doesn't work (battle is fine). Maybe there is a mastercode I need to add or it doesn't work well well with other cheats.
