so like how you catch 10 bidoofs or whatever to fill out the page for the pokemon or whatever, you gotta do the same for those 3. so read the things you gotta do on its page --

use its special move like 3x each on strong or agile based on what the card says

i believe you have the leave the map to completely reset it, or change the time but its not always consistent. can also just catch pokemon in the area you want somthing in then wait like 5mins and go back there for respawns

There is a bug with [Invincible/Instakill] it doesn't update a lot Pokédex anymore.??

for the code for invincible/insta kill. i cant seem to turn this one off. Even after toggling it on/off whenever I battle any pokemon their hp is at 1. Game was on auto save. I've tried fully turning game off and relaunching game. I have cheats set to disabled by default, but even then it recognizes any pokemon on encounter as 1 hp. Restarted progress and am avoiding this cheat. Is there any way if not too much to ask to look into this cheat and finding a way to toggle on/off without being permanent/ The other cheats work flawlessly.
