Can´t someone put up a Sticky / Newspost / Disclaimer at registration that states "There are no Homebrews to backup a savegame from HGSS retailcarts yet!" ?

yes there IS a mode to do it with homebrew but you need to solder wires in the cart

There's also a way developed by Chase-San where you can do it with a slot-2 cart, speed skills, & luck. The homebrew has a very low success rate and said to be very very experimental.
