ROM Hack pokemon heart gold/soul silver (U) rom fix

okay guys, looks like its getting outta hand how much AP (anti-piracy) there is in pokemon hg/ss so i say we use this to find a patch to the black screen and freeze fix in the rom

lets get to work straight away and please no post saying "it works on .... flash card" because they will be deleted
