ROM Hack Pokemon Heart Gold pokemon evolution change

Hey guys I'm willing to create a small patch for the HG and SS that will be able to change the trade evolutions and other such evolutions to regular level up evolution. These are the hex codes for them I know that it goes like this AA AA BB BB CC CC

AA AA: is the evolution type, 06 00 is the trade with item and 03 00 is the normal evolution.
BB BB: is the item needed for the evolution
CC CC: is the pokemon that its going to evolve into.

What i need to know is if manage to change the evolution to a regular level evolution what would i need to do to say what level it needs to evolve.
Here are the pokemon, so any ideas where the level needs to be?

Perhaps try to put the level (as little-endian hex number) in the 'required item' field when using type 3? For instance, the Politoed example from your post at level 100 (lol) could likely be like: 03 00 64 00 BA 00

This reminds me when i was 8 years old and had 2 GBC and Yellow n Blue version, so i didn't need anyone to complete my pokedex, then i realized that it was so selfish and i still needed ekans from red version lol

Actually in D/P/P, you can put up a kadabra (or something else that needs to trade to evolve) on the GTS (ask for something like a mewtwo to make sure nobody takes it), then go make another trade with somebody for something you don't care about, and when you take the kadabra back, it will have evolved as if you traded it and then got it back, but it will still be yours.

Tried it myself with kadabra-alakazam on my platinum cart. X3

Some evolutions will be better if made like this, for exemple: Eevee to Glaceon Sawn Stone, as glacion is Ice-type, and Dawn Stone is used to evolve snorunt to Froslass, also both ice-type.
Other idea is to make the trade with item pkm, evolve using level up with item, as some item will become useless if you made you evolutions like that (ex: Magmarizer, Up-Grade, Metal Coat, etc), but this is only a idea, nothing else.

it's good but it would be more interesting something like eevee to glaceon: lvl up @ ice path whit emmmm nevermeltice attatched or something like that

I still prefer the legal way
