Sorry I should have been more specific, that is a shot of the entire original Diamond rom at the offset for route 201:
A small section of the offsets required, grab it from the download on the first page or alternatively I put it in the spoiler up above.

the address of the road{japanese version(us version in brackets)}

201
0258D5CC(025243CC)

202
0258D774(02524574)

203
0258D91C(0252471C)

204A(north of Jubilife City)
0258DAC4(025248C4)

204B(south of Floaroma Town)
0258DC6C(02524A6C)

205A(north of Valley Windworks)
0258DE14(02524C14)

205B(below Eterna Forest)
0258DFBC(02524DBC)

Apply the patch, and it gives you the ability to catch all 493 pokemon. Hahah, not sure why I didn't try opening the entire rom, but I found that exact example you gave, one question is, what do I do now that I know where to find these? From what I understand, is that these offset values are for the roads, and what pokemon are found on the road? Kinda confuse on what to edit, do I just change one of the "00 00" groups to a pokemon number (guesing not though)? Thanks for the continued help with this.
EDIT:
QUOTE said:
@TheBlueStylus there should be a 1e some numbers (which are the levels or some such) follwed a short by 12 numbers.
(note that 8c01 is read by the DS as 018c which is 396 aka Starly, the 1e has been highlighted red to help you get your bearings)
What do you mean by "follwed a short by 12 numbers?" Also 8c01, means 018c for the ds? Did you just take the last digit and rearrange it to the front of that data group to make 18c? And how did you figure out that's the pokemon data (probably something I'm not understanding from the previous reply)? Thanks.

Now... that would be too easy to have all 493 Pokemon in your PC.
