Gaming Pokemon D/P Help

Having restarting Pokemon Diamond because of cheats and crashed the whole R4DS, I put new cheats BUT they also caused a problem too.
My item bag is bugged and I can't get any items that I need including Power items (eg. Power Weight).
Are there any bug fixes?

r u using narin's cheats? if yes, did u download the right version?

Uhh, I downloaded the 8_15_08_ALL one, and used USRCHEAT.DAT.
I'm new so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Below the 995 iron balls are the bugged items.
Whenever I try to go on it the game freezes.

did u try that?
just delete USRCHEAT.DAT then put the downloaded cheat file in there
after that backup ur save and delete it off the flashcart then apply the cheat and start the game.
it should work.

why dont u try pokesav?

Pokésav can help you out. Or you can wait a few months for Pokémod, which will be better than Pokésav.
