ROM Hack Pokemon combination patch/rom

Does anyone know if there has ever been a patch/rom that combined fire-red and leaf-green or for that matter red and blue so that all pokemon/content from each game was available all in one place?

Don't know the specifics here but there is a sub type of hack that gets called numbers to reflect the things done to it. 386, 493, and 649 hacks being the most common but probably also aimed at later generations.

Awesome with that terminology I was able to search "Pokemon red blue 151" and found a rom hack of red with all 151 thanks!
