Hacking Pokemon cheats

Hello,
I currently own an Acekard2 and a DS Lite (And a GBA SP).
I have a legel copy of Pokemon FireRed and i'm interested in cheating in an Aurora Ticket.
Is there a way to do that using what i have or do i need to buy additional cheating equipment?

Yes , Pokemon FR is a GBA game.
Do i need a DS cheating device or one for my GBA SP?

I don't think so but if you have a GBA Flashcard you can just download the .gba file from the internet put it on the flashcard with the cheats files and then your done !

ok sorry i can't help you further because i don't own a GBA but i don't think it's possible

this information won't help you much but i've read about patching gba cheats to the actual rom. i'm not a cheater, i've only cheated to help get through a review quicker, so i won't be much help. you may want to poke around on older gba news sites or just do some searches for applying gba cheats to roms.

You guys obviously don't get that he's using an ACTUAL CARTRIDGE.

Buy a Gameshark.
The only time I've seen them is in a $20 bundle with a DS save backup device (no idea if it can dump ROMs), but it works wonderfully.

Just one thing: NEVER EVER put the Gameshark in any DS model. It will brick or fry it, I can't remember which.
It happened to me, and I am not happy.
