Doesn't wooddumper produce proper dumps?

I don't know for sure but I do know that it was made to address issues that the other dumpers had with dumping headers, not anything DSi-related.

No, wooddumper is not able to correctly dump DSi and DSi-Enhanced games.

If you want to know if a game is properly dumped or not, just visit the "no-intro" site (something like dat-o-matic) which is probably the most accurate site about all dumped ROMs in terms of if they are underdumped, missing headers, missing DSi parts, etc.

And wooddumper doesn't dump DSi parts correctly.

If you had the DSi function files you can put them in the rom, but first you have to unpack it and pack it back into a rom after adding files. But, of course, we don't have the files from a properly dumped games so it's possible but highley unlikely for you to edit the rom yourself.
