Hacking Pokemon Black stopped working

So I've been playing Pokemon Black on my 3DS through my acekard, and after passing the first gym and getting the ability/interface to trade pokemon I saved my game and exited. It played perfect until I tried to run it again. Now it's hanging at a white screen when I try to run the game from the acekard menu. I've tried removing my save game (to make sure it wasn't save corruption that may be causing the issue) and also replacing the rom file (can't imagine why it would be the rom file as it's worked fine until now), but neither have worked. Pokemon white runs just fine on the system. Does anyone know what could possibly be causing this?

Guess I can give that a shot, just thought it was strange that the only thing that stopped working was that game.
