Hacking Pokemon black FAT error.HELP!!!

I use an r4itt(i don't care if it's a clone it still works anyway).POkemon black used to work in it but when my pokemon white suddenly got deleted i went to moonshell and it said fatal error backup files then reformat memory card,so i did that and i copied back all the files and now everything works fine except for pokemon black.When pokemon black loads it hangs in the middle of loading and says FAT error.

You probably didn't format correctly. First of all you should NEVER format with any other program but the Panasonic SD formatter. I've never heard of 'FAT error' before, but it's probably because you used your computer's built-in formatter and formatted to FAT instead of FAT32.

Yeah I used the windows format thing but I formatted it to FAT 32 and I formatted it many times before.
fixed it already i re downloaded it
