Hey I create legal PKM files from Smogon strategy, I'm working on every Pokemon and I will post them by tier as i complete them, right now I'm on the Uber tier. I create every possible combination of each.

Example:
Pokemon: Arceus-Dark
Strategy: Support
Item: Dread Plate
Nature: Careful Sassy
Moveset: 1, 2, 3, 4

There are a couple gen 5 pokemon databases out there =\
But honestly, nothing stopping you from adding another site to the list.

There's legitimate Gen V event Pokemon being uploaded here weekly: http://pokemonplus.net/pkm-files/ You can use them for anything, there's also more .Pkm on the forums, but you would need permissions to use them. If you need any specific event Pokemon then let me know.
