ROM Hack Pokemon B&W mystery gift problems..

I recently I ventured into the Mystery Gift option to get my ticket to go catch Victinni, but a while after I actually accuired my ticked, both screens went white.
I tried going back to get my ticket again, but this time it wouldn't let me, probally because I had "already gotten one" or somthing along thoes lines.

I checked my inventory though, and can't find the ticket, and when I go to the left most dock in Hiun city, the boat does not take me to the island :|

Im not sure why this is so difficult!
