Pokemon Arceus, your lost satchel's

I have died a few times, mostly from falling. Is there a hack/cheat that will return to you your lost satchels? My console is 100% offline, it appears you need to be online to get these back. I was wondering if anyone had a workaround. Thanks for your help!
