A: No. The game exists since 2012 and hasn't been taken down. That's because you need the roms for Firered, Emerald, and HG/SS to play it, the game itself doesn't contain any copyrighted material. Everything comes from the roms.

Q: Is it good?
A: Yes.

Q: Does this game have the Physical/Special split introduced in Gen 4?
A: Yes.

I played the game in 2013 and I liked it at first, but I traded my Pikachu and never got another one and I rage quitted.

It's fun but I got bored playing by myself and eventually quit.

of course they can get taken down by nintendo, they're using their ip.
but chances are nintendo never even heard of this

I am only at the second gym right now but it seems nice ...
some improvement to the offline pokemon game plus some other guys running arround trying to beat up newbies XD

In the first hour in this game i got at least 5 people asking for pvp showing that their average team level is 20+ while my strongest monster is still just 24 XD
