Also I think its OK for use to use the info, because I saw loads of PC pokedex's
if you think about it, The entire thing is using copyrigted materials, cause of the sounds, the fonts. Heck, even the pokdex is copyrighted!
WE are just making a tool that people need.

This is true, though there are some that extract the data themselves, all the data is still the property of the original creator (In this case Game Freaks or whoever). I could rip the sprites out of every pkmn game out, but that doesn't make them mine.

I don't think you should sweat using data found in other sources as long as they are valid.

I liked that idea someone had of using the descriptions you can find on the wiki too. would be neat.

I'm not trying to make more work for you LOL, just throwing down my two cents.

I can't wait to see this happen. But I have patience, and would rather see you do it right than do it quickly. (I witnessed the mess that became of the xbox release of Morrowind. Those poor, immature fools

I tried converting it to PNG but Im not sure if it will work or not.. I was wondering if you could look into this because I have been looking and trying for the past hour and dont have a clue at what to do.. Tried a tonne of converters and they all leave a watermark.. I hope you have some more success than me, but I was wondering if this is rigt or if its just the same thing as I showed you before...

Its because windows sucks with JPGS and also DS's accept more pngs than jpegs (to my experiance)

Save reading is hard.

Managed to make a pokemon save that has perminently infinite money when looking for a pokedex..
I guess thats progress...

I will try to make another one and have it up soon but dont hold your breath..

Personally I dont see whats wrong with the jpg.. I had it up and running on moonshell.. Is there any way to use the jpg or does it have to be png and is there any way of saving the image I have done..

Because the image looks so clear in moonshell on the ds..

Can you try jpg.. It might work..!!

Welps ill try it but PNG IS clearer than jpg but PNGs waste too much space compared to JPG
