ROM Hack Question Pointer Search Tutorial??????

it was my antivirus lol. Still can't find any pointers for south park games. Trying a game I found the pointers to so I can test if I'm doing something wrong lol

So I tried my lego superheroes 2 game. I haven't been able to get it to work with it. So I have no idea what I am doing wrong with it.

Alright so I figured out how to get it to work with the modules but it doesn't come up with any type of pointers. Trying to figure out how to get it to work properly.

I'm compressing it right now to send in a pm. I went ahead and did two fresh dumps and checked to see if I could get it to work.

ive also been struggling with trying to find pointers but i think i finally got a step closer.

followed a guide zit did and in his guide, after finding your address, he says to put first address of main to search min and the last address of main as search end.

then do a fresh new search 0 value to get a fresh new dump.

take your address and put it into pointer search and take your start address as the main and open your new dump and scan.

i got some results but apparently they're no good, they're almost identical
[[main+59ddf50] - 960] + f18 changes either +xxxx or -xxxx

so this is my set up on this search
my address 19F1ECFE20 | max offset 0000F000 | max depth 3 | threads 1
main address 4F87404000

this gives loads of results like above

if i change depth to 1 and threads to 4 (as in zits guide) i get one result
[main+59ddf50] - 960

58000000 059DDF50
78001000 00000960
64000000 00000000 05F5E0FF

tested in sx os and doesnt work.

code im trying to do is Infinite Money Assassins Creed Black Flag.

@Takumi4685 - Created a Issue on the Github. Unable to run a Pointer Search if Dynamic Address is in MAIN instead of HEAP
Search for Inf Health P1 for the following Games....

Hello

I have a problem and I'm not sure if this is my own fault or not.
Every time when I try to change the settings from the pointer searcher and try to return to the pointer searcher tab It freezes and stays on the settings tab and while I hover over the buttons of the pointer searcher while being in the settings the buttons of the pointer searcher tab appear. Is there any way I can fix this?
