ROM Hack Plugins not showing up

Hi,
I'm on a n2DS XL with luma running on 11.11.0(-43E)
When i start games i don't see any green flash of anything but when i press X+Y i see the NTR menu
I put my plugins in the correct folder (SD:/plugin/[TITLE_ID]) with the correct region.
I've already tried every NTRBoot selector even mode3 but it don't solve my problem, it's always the same result.
What do i do wrong ?
