You mean I can't get new games on A9LH?
Not that you can play any game on A9LH, just that A9LH is outdated and Boot9Strap is what currently supported. Current 3ds boot file and other luma chainloader programs are under .firm which isnt supported by A9LH. Basically to get continue support in custom firmware you need to update to B9S.
