Hacking Please test a custom theme for me

I would like to start contributing some themes to the homebrew scene, however I do not own a console currently that I can use to test the themes. If someone could kindly test the following basic theme for me, I would really appreciate it. Once I know it works I can go on and start doing more complicated things.

The biggest thing I would like to know works(if it even installs..) is the custom BGM music

Thank you very much! I'm happy to see that it at least installs. I will work on the BGM to see why that wouldn't work and try to make the theme a little less basic now that I know I have the basic process down haha

I really do appreciate it!
