Hacking PLEASE HELP

I used the update that you run like a game and know when I select game mode I get a white screen. When I select the usb it says that there is an error involving the format. So basically I can't do anything to it. I think that I forgot to put in the xmenu dat. Please help. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

that means you did not format lol, you need to format the card after upgrading and before you put on the xemu.

after running the updater.

turn ds off and hit.
down+L+R+A+B

it will format your card and erase everything you then copy over the files.
