Hacking please help

i recently bought a psp, and looking forward to playing ISO files.
In the system settings, it reads "5.50 gen d-2". i a thinking that its modded, but i know nothing about it. can someone help?

It sounds like it has a CFW already on it.
Your best bet is to remove the current CFW there, update to either 6.20 or 6.60, and install the PRO CFW. The last two steps are laid out in the stickies on this board, but the first might be trickier.

What does it say on the white sticker on the bottom of the PSP?
