Hacking Please help with 4.0E...

Really sorry if this has been answered many times, I have seached but can only find the answer for people who have upgraded to firmware 4.0E.

My wii is brand new and came with 4.0, is there anyway I can downgrade to 3.2E, as I want to add things like HBC,Backup Loader,Mplayer etc....

if there is a way, a link would be great,

At this time, no.
But a possible new exploit is undergoing testing, maybe that will help you out later

right now you can't do anything they blocked tp hack.
