ROM Hack Please help, messed up hacking the O3DS

Thanks to everyone who helped me. I finished installing everything, although my language is still in japanese, which isn't that bad since I can use other ways to play games in Eng. Thanks again for all the help.

Be aware that some games do not have language selection and will play in Japanese on a Japanese system. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars is a good example. The North American cartridge will play in Japanese on a JP 3DS.

There's a way around it though, using Luma's region/language emulation. Luma Locale Switcher is the easiest way to make use of that feature.
