I have a Switch v1 that is on 8.1 firmware, if ever I wanted to jailbreak it, and install emuMMC can I update my emuMMC to 10.0 without updating my system original 8.1 firmware? I don't want to touch the original state of my system and stay 8.1.
The emuMMC was designed originally so that CFW could be a higher firmware than the OFW (and what the fuse count allows). You need to update the firmware on CFW using ChoirDujour-NX.
