Homebrew Please Help me with the Guide

Anyways, I keep pressing down but I can't boot into homebrew launcher! What is it reffering to as 'the previous part'? Please Help!!!

The guide is talking about if you installed Menuhax (which you shouldn't have in most cases)
You need whatever exploit you use to launch The Homebrew Launcher instead and continue on with the guide.

MenuHax, as far as I can remember. Just boot your entrypoint to HBL (anything except BrowserHax can be used fine).
