Homebrew PLEASE help MANY PROBLEMS WITH INSTALLING A CIA

My 3ds is a 9.4 usa model
it has menuhax installed(hold L when powering on)
first i tried installing a cia using fbi but fbi does not install cia it says some hash error and permanent level 27
then i tried installing different versions of fbi and even tried installing a different cia (flipnote studio 3d) with it. Still same error

I saw nasa for the 3ds
some times it was stuck on a black screen
sometimes its stuck on a black screen whith some glitchy T.V like lines
And when it did boot propperly it was importing the cia super fast and not really installing it at all
i even checked in data management to see it the game was there but it wasn't.

i installed gridlauncher and even then the same issues
what is wrong
what do i do
P.S the cia IS us version

i did these steps before once
after sucess i hold power button launch homebrew and nasa asks me which exploit to install again

i have nasa opened on 3ds but with svchax this time
whenever i try to import a cia it say importing and imports at 3-4 mb which as i have read before is too fast to install propperly so i cancel the import
this keeps on happening

Follow this guide to the t:

It will take you a long time, perhaps 5h.
It is very precise, and if you follow it strictly you should be ok.
But it is very long, so you have to be prepared to take a long time doing it and focus on do it to the t.
If you mess up following it, you may end with a brick. So pay attention.

well tbh if you have a 9.4 version 3ds its better to do what sarkwalvein said its better to do that to get free games than to mess with a vanilla sysNand as you have right now because if the cia you are installing turns out to be bad it can ruin sysnand and brick your 3ds, follow that guide as closely as possible don't try any workarounds if you hit a dead end ask a question here before proceeding start now it will take long but believe me its 110% worth it in the end you won't regret it.
