Hacking please help , Error: Custom ios 249 is a stub!

Hi,
My cousin let me a wii (I thing he updates the wii) and not works cfg loader, it vies me error:

Custom ios 249 is a stub!

So, I'm trying to install ios 249 of d2x and it gives me error:

First attempt)

tcp_readln failed: -104

net_write failed: -128

Second attempt)
net_gesthostbyname failed: -6

Colud you help me please? I attach you the syscheck:

That means you don't a cIOS installed to slot 249. CIOSes doesn't come with a vanilla Wii, you know.

You can't run Wii games from backup without a patched IOS. (link)

Vanilla in the technological sense usually means "unmodified" or "original". Also, you can easily install cIOSes using d2x cIOS installer.

if you are on Wii : d2x v8 final, slot249, base57, version 21008

And it gives me error:

That means it's not able to connect to the Nintendo update server. Either you have it blocked or your networking isn't set up properly.
