if you want to do it yourself...

you might need to install Python 2.6: (choosing 2.6 due to pycrypto)

Alternatively, 2.7.10 which works, and then use PyCrypto's EXE/MSI installer as compiling doesn't work on Windows unless you have Visual Express C++ 2010.

from the looks of it, arm9loaderhax does not support Python 3.x. use 2.6 or 2.7.
