Gaming Please help! "an error has occured" on my DSI XL

Hi all,
After downloaded some short games of Nintendo's stuff by internet connection (accidently).
The R4i GOLD WOOD in the NDSi XL of my son doesn't work anymore ( but it worked pretty before download that stuff of Nintendo).
Now i see only this message on the display: "an error has occured. Press and hold the power button...."
Can anyone help me please to make it workes again! Any help is much appreciated.

In order to access the shop the DSi XL updated to 1.4.1, which blocked your flash cart.

You will need to see if there's a DSi 1.4.1 update for your card, and you will need to run the update on another DS (as yours won't boot the card without the update applied to it).

If it wasn't that update issue it was likely a contact issue.
