Hacking Please Help! A have a fast question

I can't install Hermes' Ios222/223 & IOS249!
I've tried both of them, and when I press A to install, the Wiimote disconnects, the Wii disk slot's light turns of, and nothing happens! Can anyone help me? I used the guide: Hermes' Ios222/223 IOS249

you probably have stub IOS's installed, you need to follow a better guide, goto the wii Hacking section on this board, and follow xzxero's full guide on how to properly remove those stubs so you can install the cIOS
