Drag the starforce 3 nds file onto the file with the .bat extention. There are two folders inside the main folder. One is for black ace and one is for red joker. Open the one that matches the version of your game.

Simply open the undub folder, go into the folder that corresponds to the version you are going to undub, drag the rom onto the file that says Put *insert version here* rom HERE.bat
