A family member of mine bought me PS+ for my PS3 for an early christmas present. I'm curious as to when it rolls over from month to month. It's the 2nd, and it's Tuesday, and it hasn't rolled over yet, so any idea as to when it does?

Long story short, PS+ is a special service in US and EU (I'm not sure if JPN has it.

) that gives you free games, early access to demos, betas, and discounted PSN items at a 3 month or yearly membership fee.

Every month your guarenteed a random PSN game, a random PS1, a random mini game, and some random theme and avatars. From what I've seen, I'd assume about every two weeks for free stuff (Check next weeks update). Discounted items happen almost every week.
