So I'm living in Spain and in the ps store the 1 month subscription is 6.99€ but in the PlayStation Web page it says that is 4,17€ a month . So whats the real ps plus price?

I heard it increased recently, I'd trust in the in-store display anyway. And if it turns out to be cheaper, you're in for a nice surprise!
