Hacking Playing 3D Movies

I'm sure this has been raised before, but is there a simple way to play 3D movies on the 3DS? If so, what format would they have to be in (when downloaded) and what do I convert them to?

I have a DSTWO cart and video conversion software, I've read this can be done but I didn't find the instructions too clear.

Any ideas?

You can convert movies to the 3D camera format in 10 minute increments, BUT you are LIMITED to 20 FRAMES PER SECOND.
