Play online?

Hey!

I hacked my PS3 the other day and transferred some games and they work flawlessly!

Using newest versions of HEN Cfw and Webman

Now the next step i was wondring about is if it is possible to play online with pirated games? Would love to go back and play some Killzone 2 multiplayer. Jank and all

I know some games require updates and stuff but any info on this would be amazing. Thanks in advance!

idk if pirated games would work (piracy is bad m'kay) but legal disc games do work online just disable syscalls (by holding r2 and triangle at the same time it'll notify you when its done) before logging into psn

i wouldn't recommending using your main account on a modded system since you don't know if sony's gonna strike with a ban but yes

ps3 online on a modded system with syscalls disabled and an alt is used is safe but the risk is still there
cheating/modding online will increase the ban risk by a lot so don't do that

As far as I know, when you are online sony only check what application you are running not something you did beforehand or not something on your system. They will only ban you if you are running unautorized application (homebrew) which is unlikely on hen if you are only loading you backups.

You should be able to yes, personally I do sync them to main account but otherwise i log off after that
