I was bored, so I remembered about 3DSPaint and wondered if I could do more stuff with the 3DS browser. I tried some online emulator but they all have lousy fps (the NES one had 1.5 fps with no audio), so I tried regular browser games instead.

It has 100 Javascript games. Not everyone works the way they should due to how the 3DS browser reacts to buttons, but most of them work fine. If you want a free checkers or a free backgammon or other lightweight games on your 3DS without hacks this might be for you

I've written browser games in JS and I can't imagine the 3DS browser being capable of running any sort of game well.

Actually the browser is pretty capable of running games in javascript, especially when they're designed for 3DS.
You just can't use some specific stuff like ajax calls (browser will refresh)
