It's not that one, the one you're talking about is a horror game in collaboration with EA and Suda51 which doesn't have to do with PlatinumGames. Though Mikami is doing a project with Platinum Games.

Maybe it has something to do with stars? Seeing as the clock has that cool star field effect.

Also Shinobi and Altered Beast by Platinum games would be sweet.
Also Sonic. Heck any sonic game not done by Sonic Team might be decent xD

As for speculation, I'm gonna say its a new title all together either way and doesn't have much to do with other games besides developers.

I'm very curious to see what it is now though.
Should be good either way.
