Hacking Plailect guide - What's inside files9 filder?

I followed the old guide and didn't have files9 folder. Now I want a more clean root in my SD Card, so, what do I need to put in files9 folder? What's inside files9 folder after complete the new guide?

I think the files9 folder is for nand backups and ctrtransfer stuff from decrypt9. You probably will have nand backups on the folder, unless your sd card size is small.

Ok, new guide says into root of my card will be:

3ds
files9
hblauncher
luma
Nintendo 3DS
arm9loaderhax.bin
boot.3dsx

Old guide says it:

687474703a2f2f692e696d6775722e636f6d2f546258656a534d2e706e67


My question is: Do i need to put the aeskeydb.bin and the payload on files9 folder?
