Hello, has anyone ever tried to add a .gba patched game like Ultimate Shield/Sword for 3DS by PCL.G and Jean stars etc. to PKSM. I found a way to add the .cia made from the patched .gba using NSUI v27 to the menu and open it but the assets are vacant and don't save correctly. Does anyone else have any input that might lead me in the right direction. I appreciate any feedback i might receive. Also this method of making a .cia for that patch .gba game is very effective.

GBA games running through Virtual Console injections will store their save data in the NAND, where it is only accessible via Godmode9 scripts.

So, you can either constantly use Godmode9 to shuffle your save data in and out of the NAND whenever you want to edit it, or you can run your games via open_agb_firm instead.

In any case, you'll have to check if the hack stores its save data in a fashion compatible with PKSM. Whoever created the hack may have changed it sufficiently as to render it incompatible.

Thank you that helps clears a couple things up. I'm not sure yet of the hack specifically addresses PKSM. I'll look into it and get back to the thread.
