Some game saves are region locked... but games like pokemon aren't actually different versions so the save isn't region locked.

So how could it be made into a (U) SAV? Simply by re-naming it?

simply by doing nothing, since in those cases the (U) sav=(J) sav=(EU)sav

I think translating would be relatively easy, since we already have around 90% already translated.
