Homebrew PKMN Demo has R/W Access?

It seems like the PKMN demo has R/W access as it can access save files for Pkmn Sun/Moon and even Cartridge, So is it not exploitable for HBL access?

So it has few extra permissions? That doesn't mean there's a "run unsigned stuff without an exploit" service.

Just because it crashes and freezes prompting to go back to home menu doesn't mean it's a certified exploit.
