Anyone knows how can i get banned using PkHex for any pokemon out there or via the PKmn via the homebrew menu?
How can I prevent it from happening(expect from not importing pokemons that doesnt belong to me via OT)

You worry about that and you will be banned. There hasn't really been any ban tied to PKHex lately, if at all. When SM first came out, people were complaining it crashed their games, to me that was user error. There hasn't really been a global link ban wave in months, console bans from PKHex is not likely at all, same with PKSM. So just use it wisely and don't blow your load on the tools. Simple.
