ROM Hack PKHeX for Gen7 level 0 Problem

Hey!
So i was hacking Pokemon Sun with PKHeX, but everytime i change the level of a Pokemon, his level is going to 0, so in battles, i'm gaining XP, so i need to wait my level 0 Pokemon to upgrade to level 50 and i don't know, but the Pokemon isn't going to lvl 100, and when i'm entering level 100 in PKHeX, i have the level 0 problem.
Can someone please help me?

I think it's a bug in PKHeX (it does the same for me)
Also try to play the game normally to level up to level 100

easy fix just make copies of the pokemon in your normal box and put them in your party in game
