Hacking PK3DS not working.

So, i've been trying to randomize Omega Ruby, but it's not working.
Move type and category changes work.
Story text randomizers work.
Random moves work
Random types work.
But, i randomized Static Pokémon, Starter Pokémon, Wild Pokémon and Trainer Pokémon.
Anyone know what's happening and is there a fix?

I'm using a digital copy.

I'm assuming you have CFW?

When you dumped the file, did you dump the entire thing? If not, consider upgrading to a bigger SD card?

I know when I randomized my copies to digital, I extracted the entire game to pc. Made my changes in the romfs folder, but I just had to copy the files into the luma folder, under titles\gameid\romfs\...

Then just turn on Game Patching for luma/cfw

You arent re-building a cia and installing to the console again are you?
