Sometime there are issues when playing PAL games on NTSC tv's and the other way around. My advice is to simply download the NTSC copy of the gme and it will play perfectly.
Also, don't force or convert an ISO to a different region. Just download your region and stick with it 99.7% of the time it will work just fine.
