Pikmin Will Be At This Year's E3

According to Spanish newspaper El Mundo (as reported by Game Informer), Miyamoto says fans can expect to see the long-awaited Pikmin sequel at this year's E3 event. Game Informer later confirmed the news with a NoA rep.

"In a recent interview, Mr. Miyamoto confirmed that a new Pikmin game will be shown at the E3 Expo in June," the representative said. "He believes that anyone who has played Pikmin games in the past will enjoy playing."

This year's E3 event begins on June 5.

I replayed Pikmin 1 and 2 with the NPC Wii versions in my dorm and I absolutely loved the nostalgia (and widescreen glory). I have no doubt that Pikmin 3 will be amazing.

Awesome! Pikmin 1 and 2 were great games (Although I liked 2 a lot more), so I'm looking forward to seeing info about Pikmin 3. E3 is going to be amazing this year, in terms of Nintendo products.

Exactly what I was coming to post.

I have no idea why it's taken them so fucking long to make a sequel. This series was pretty much a hit, so why the hold up? Hopefully this game will be good enough to warrant the long wait.
